ENROLMENT:
- Enrolment will only be accepted for a class if accompanied with an agreed deposit or full payment.
- Prior to dogs being enrolled in a class, Jenny will arrange an appointment to meet all dogs and owners. At this session Jenny will assess that dog and give advice on the most suitable training option. If a group class is the best option then a half deposit will be required. Jenny will also need to site the dog’s vaccination certificate.
- Balance of payment for Pet Dog Classes is required at the first session.
- Payment for Private Consultations is required in advance or at the time of the consultation.
- Payment may be made by cash or cheque made out a to A Perfect Spot Dog Training.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before commencement date will not receive a refund.
- No refunds will be given once the course has commenced.
- Transfers to another class are NOT available.
- Full payment for private consultations is required if cancellation is made less than 4 hours in advance.
